SIMONE BOLTON

Simone has worked in the real estate industry for over 16 years—that’s more than a decade and a half of hands-on experience across all aspects of the field, including property management, leasing, sales, strata, and commercial.

Her journey began at 19, as the friendly face at the front desk of a central agency. Even then, her quietly confident nature and strong people skills stood out. She quickly identified her passion and talent for both property and people, setting her on a clear path into property management.

Over the years, Simone has refined a broad set of interpersonal and professional skills, shaped by her work in boutique agencies throughout Perth’s Western Suburbs. Her approach is grounded in integrity, warmth, and a genuine enthusiasm to improve client experiences and raise industry standards.

As the sole Director and Licensee of Scout Property Co., Simone is known for her friendly, approachable nature and her ability to build trusted relationships—both personal and professional. Her reputation reflects her commitment to thoughtful service and long-term results.

Outside of work, Simone enjoys early morning workouts, baking treats, and spending time with her husband Adam. She’s also proudly “Mum’s taxi” to her two children, Addison and Nathan.
